R&D Senior Engineer, Human Factors (Plymouth, MN)
Role focused on driving new catheter‑based and implantable technologies from concept through commercialization to treat vascular disease, leading detailed design, testing, prototyping, and pre‑clinical strategy.
Your responsibilities- Creating design controls QMS work instructions.
- Supporting research and development activities from concept phase through commercialization.
- Collaborating with cross‑functional team members throughout product development phases to ensure program success.
- B.S. /
B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years working in product development in the medical device industry.
- Knowledge of catheter design/assembly processes (injection‑molded component design, extrusion, braiding, coiling, reflow, etc.).
- Class II and Class III Medical Device product development experience.
- Human Factors experience required with design for manufacturability knowledge and applicable skills.

Location and work arrangementThis is an office role located in Plymouth, MN. Office‑based teams must work on site at least 3 days per week. Full‑time presence in the company’s facilities is required.
