Project Management Quality

Then an internship in the project management quality department offers you this opportunity. We manage all development-related quality processes from the strategy phase to the series start. We advocate for the customer's perspective, from the individual component to the final vehicle, in theory and directly at the product, thus actively shaping our future vehicles.

You will gain valuable practical experience in both project and quality management and gain insights into current innovations with the MMA platform.

• Independent implementation of work packages
• Preparation and conduct of workshops for project milestones
• Organization of cross-departmental management boards
• Incorporation of quality principles in the product development process of MMA
• Representation of customer interests in the project
• Preparation of analyses and presentations for management
• Mobile working and flexible on-site workplaces

The position can start in September 2026.

Qualifications:

• Degree in economic engineering, mechanical engineering, vehicle technology, electromobility, electrical engineering, business administration, or a comparable field
• Interest in cross-departmental project/quality management and in working with different stakeholders
• Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SharePoint and other collaboration tools is an advantage
• Independent work and maximum personal responsibility for the tasks assigned
• Affinity for technical issues
• Team capability, creativity, and willingness to commit
• Communication skills, analytical mindset, and strategic working method
• Driver's license class B is desirable
