Innovation Process Coordinator

The Mercedes-Benz Group AG is one of the most successful automotive companies in the world. With the Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans.

In the Center "Laden & System design" of Mercedes-Benz AG, we also coordinate the field of Future Electric Drive with the aim of operationalizing relevant innovation paths or shaping corresponding innovation portfolios.

These challenges come to you, among others:

• Preparation and follow-up of innovation processes, discussions, and committees
• Development and evaluation of system-oriented patterns for the prognostic design of innovation clusters
• Accompanying appointments and innovation workshops in the operational day-to-day business

The activity can start from September 2026.

Qualifications:

• Degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
• Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office Engagement and team ability
• Analytical mindset and strategic working method
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex technical issues
• Reliable and structured working method
