We accompany the change in technologies, products, services and services, supported by cross-functional teams in the company. In the Center Project Management Antriebssysteme, we are responsible for the e-Drive development with specific equipment and infrastructure in the framework of e-Drive Testing at the Sindelfingen site.

We derive test cases from lastenheften, use-cases and lessons learned and provide the proof of IST compared to SOLL for the total drive train in the vehicle and on the test bench.

In the team "e-Drive Testing Mandate, Test & Vehicle Mgnt EVA2M & Series" we ensure a consistent functional test planning for the e-Drive total system. Suitable committees enable an operational system delivery and transparent test implementation. By means of a tool-supported error management we support a systematic and sustainable error detection and elimination.

These challenges come among others to you:

• You support in several e-Drive projects the control and consistent documentation in hardware error management
• You accompany the preparation, execution and follow-up in the error elimination process and create transparency about the respective error situation
• You support the overall reporting of the testing status in several e-Drive projects
• You coordinate with different departments/trade representatives and create an assessment
• You take over special tasks in consultation with the responsible persons

The activity can start in September 2026.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in the field of economic engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering or a comparable course of study
• Enthusiasm for future-oriented, electric drives
• Commitment and reliability
• Analytical way of thinking and strategic working method
• Secure German and English skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS-Office
• Knowledge in Python is desirable
• Basic knowledge in project management is helpful
• Knowledge of the vehicle development process is desirable
• Communication and team skills, vehicle affinity
• Others:
  Driver's license class B is desirable
