What Makes You You
Previous engineering or maintenance leadership experience required, to include active license
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Organized, dependable, safety focused and the flexibility to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
Able to lead, train, and motivate a maintenance team
Skilled in troubleshooting and problem solving
Comfortable working hands on and managing multiple priorities
Ability to lift, move, climb, and work with tools and equipment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
