• My client builds production-ready autonomy for the world’s most challenging off-road environments.
• They specialize in heavy machinery automation for agriculture, mining, and defense.
• The technology focuses on "messy" environments where GPS and visibility are unreliable.

• Work in a tight-knit, agile environment with zero corporate bureaucracy.
• Solve the "hard problems" of robotics, no clean roads or simple lines.
• See your code move 20-ton machines in real-world field tests.

A technical, hands-on role where you will:

• Develop perception capabilities for obstacle detection and terrain interpretation.
• Train and implement modern deep learning architectures (CNNs and Transformers).
• Build scalable end-to-end data collection and labeling infrastructure.
• Fuse data from LiDAR, Radar, Cameras, and GPS/INS.
• Debug perception failures in the field to improve real-world performance.

• 3+ years professional experience in robotics, autonomy, or perception.
• High proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Experience with ROS/ROS2, OpenCV, and PyTorch/Tensor Flow.
• Proven ability to deploy models to edge compute platforms (TensorRT/ONNX).

• Background in Off-Road autonomy or heavy machinery industries.
• Experience with Vision-Language Models (VLM) or multimodal learning.
• Expertise in sensor calibration or 3D SLAM.
