This r ole is ins t r u m ental in m o bili z ing, managi n g, and reporting on servi c e dep l oyments for cus to mers.

• Conducts pre-project meetings w i t h clie n t s ’ loc a l PO C and e n su re s p r o je c t go a l s are es t a b li s hed
• Plans/coordinates travel and a cce ss to t h e s i te
• Confirms daily THAs are bei ng c o n du ct e d b y t h e T e a m Le a d p ri o r to b egi n n i n g w o r k each d ay
• Completes project controls sheet on a weekly b a s i s t o e n su re bud ge t s a re met
• Submits weekly repor t s t o s u p ervi s or
• Delivers pos t - p r o j ect repor t s to cli e n t s ’ PO C a t c o n cl us io n of p r ojec t s
• Reviews/Approves ti m ecards and em p loyee ex p e n s e s e a c h week
