You'll be a key member of the project controls team, partnering closely with engineering, project management, and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules — ensuring alignment, visibility into progress, and proactive identification of risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, maintenance, and analysis of engineering-driven project schedules, including logic development, sequencing, and critical path identification
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure alignment between design deliverables and project milestones
- Monitor schedule performance and progress, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
- Perform schedule risk analysis and scenario planning to support decision-making and project optimization
- Integrate schedule data with project controls functions including cost, risk, and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedule data within project control systems
- Support the development of baseline schedules, updates, and recovery plans as needed

- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to collect progress data and ensure accurate schedule updates
- Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes, tools, and best practices
Required:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls, with a strong emphasis on scheduling for engineering and capital projects
- Demonstrated experience developing and managing complex, logic-driven project schedules
- Strong understanding of critical path method (CPM) scheduling principles
- Proven ability to analyze schedule performance and communicate impacts effectively
- Experience working in multidisciplinary project environments, particularly with engineering teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across distributed teams
