Repair Center Manager

Manage shop and office personnel at the Service Center in the repair of critical turbo machinery equipment. Prioritize shop work and develop tasks for the employees to

• Safety performance, on time delivery of projects.
• Quote response time, customer satisfaction.
• Cost of Poor Quality
• Manage all staff including Indirect and Direct labor employees
• Employee’s engagement and positive work environment.
• Employees Training.

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s in engineering or similar degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of repair Rotating Equipment Experience (ST. Compressors) is required. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
• 5+ Years of experience managing operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills is a must.
