CAGE CASHIER

The Cage Cashier is responsible for accurately and promptly handling money transfers for guests and providing outstanding guest service to internal and external guests.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure consistent high-quality service to all our team members and guests.
  • Accountable for an assigned cashier bank during their shift and must balance at the end of their shift.
  • Execute monetary transactions for guests.
  • Money handling accuracy.
  • Accurately complete necessary paperwork associated with the position.
  • Comply with all IRGC rules and regulations, as well as federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Assist guests with player’s club accounts.
  • Must be friendly and courteous at all times.
  • Must be able to apply customer service standards as directed.
  • Able to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the Shift Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Must possess excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to maintain a flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
  • Must have a professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members in the Company.
  • Able to effectively communicate verbally and written in English.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing & Gaming Commission License.
