Boyd Gaming - 2717 Delta Downs Drive - Responsibilities:
Circulate on the casino floor and assist guests with questions and requests.;
Provide excellent customer service and promote Players Club benefits and events.;
Recruit new customers and enhance current customer relationships through direct mail, telemarketing, and written correspondence.;
Instruct customers on the Players Club point system, awarding prizes and proper use of the club card.;
Assist Casino and Slot Hosts with Player development efforts and events.
