This role involves greeting guests, scanning tickets, managing access issues, operating ticket equipment, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining safety and order at Live Nation event venues.

• Greet guests and scan tickets, managing guest access issues and escalating to a supervisor or manager when appropriate.
• Operate ticket scanners, printers, and other equipment as needed.
• Deliver exemplary customer service to maintain customer loyalty.
• Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity or designation using criteria such as seating location, color, or date issued, and direct appropriately.

• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• Strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Ability to work late hours and maintain a flexible schedule.
• 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms.

• Fast‑paced, often loud and stressful environment.
• Requires extended periods of prolonged standing and work on feet.
