This leadership role oversees daily Table Games and Slot operations while ensuring exceptional guest service, regulatory compliance and team development. The ideal candidate will have strong casino operations knowledge, leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced gaming environment. Must be flexible to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of both Table Games and Slot Departments to ensure efficient and compliant gaming operations.
- Enforce all applicable gaming regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
- Monitor gaming floor activity to protect company assets and ensure game integrity.
- Authorize table openings/closures, fills, credits, jackpot payouts, and resolve variances.
- Investigate and document guest disputes, operational discrepancies, and incident reports.
- Ensure proper execution of Title 31 / AML procedures and suspicious activity reporting.
- Maintain visible leadership presence on the gaming floor to ensure high guest service standards.
- Coordinate with Surveillance, Security, Cage, and Count Room for operational and regulatory matters.
- Assist in scheduling and labor management to ensure adequate floor coverage.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate operational updates and expectations.
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members to drive performance and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures.
- Strong knowledge of table games procedures and slot operations.
- Understanding of gaming regulations and internal control standards.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Conflict resolution and decision-making ability in high-pressure environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and identify performance trends.
- Sound judgement and integrity in handling sensitive financial and regulatory matters.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic gaming environment.
Exposure to moderate high noise levels. Fast-paced environment requires constant situational awareness. Interaction with guests, team members, and regulatory officials. Occasional exposure to outdoor climates.

- Minimum 2-3 years of casino operations experience.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience in both Table Games and Slot operations is highly preferred.
