Seasonal Event Operations Staff - Iowa Speedway, Des Moines, IA

Iowa Speedway is seeking seasonal event operations staff to assist with NASCAR race weekends.

• Check in and out event staff and ensure appropriate attire and equipment is issued.
• Prepare credential documents leading into the event and execute the disbursement and collection of credentials per company policies on event days.
• Work with promoters to manage the organization and operation of credential buildings during the event weekend.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times and pay close attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Fill in where needed during the event weekend.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills including written reports.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the track location.
• Availability during August 7-9 for the NASCAR race weekend.
• General computer skills and flexibility to fill in where needed.
