- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and hospitality-focused attitude.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles, including both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.
- Assist guests with directions, questions, luggage, and parking-related needs.
- Maintain accurate vehicle information and document pre-existing vehicle damage when required.
- Support smooth traffic flow by directing vehicles and keeping drive lanes clear.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional parking environment.
- Assist with special events, high‑volume periods, and site‑specific operational needs.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards, equipment issues, or operational concerns.
- A customer‑first mindset and strong communication skills.
- Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining safety and service standards.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 3 years of licensed driving experience.
- Ability to walk at a brisk pace or jog.
- Ability to bend, sit, and stand repeatedly.
- Ability to pull and push, including opening and closing car doors, consistently for the entire shift.
- Ability to bend and twist as in getting in and out of a vehicle.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Capability to push up to 100 pounds on a luggage cart.
- Exposure to all weather conditions, including rain, cold, heat, and humidity.
- Ability to drive and operate both standard and automatic transmission vehicles comfortably.
- Previous experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 6 months of work experience.
