Job SummaryThe Dual Rate Supervisor in Training Program is designed to develop team members into successful Table Games Supervisors through a structured 16-week training curriculum that combines classroom instruction, hands‑on dealing experience, and supervisory development.
Training Program Overview
Weeks 1-5:
Blackjack and Poker Derivatives
- Learn and demonstrate proficiency in Blackjack and various Poker derivative games.
- Develop a strong understanding of game protection, procedures, payouts, and guest service standards.
- Successfully complete game knowledge and practical skill assessments.
- Receive comprehensive training in Roulette operations and procedures.
- Master game protection techniques, payouts, equipment handling, and house policies.
- Demonstrate proficiency through practical evaluations.
- Apply learned skills by dealing assigned games on the casino floor.
- Gain real‑world experience while maintaining guest service, game integrity, and operational standards.
- Build confidence and efficiency in a live gaming environment.
Weeks 13-16:
Supervisor Training
- Participate in classroom and on‑floor supervisory training.
- Learn table games supervision, regulatory compliance, game security, employee coaching, and casino operations.
- Develop leadership skills while working alongside experienced supervisors.
- Prepare for transition into a Dual Rate Supervisor role.
Program Goal Upon successful completion of the program, participants will be qualified to perform both Dealer and Table Games Supervisor duties, supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional guest experience.

- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet all company licensing and regulatory requirements.

How You Will Create the Extraordinary- Protect the integrity of all table games by ensuring compliance with company policies, state gaming regulations, and departmental procedures.
- Provide exceptional guest service by creating a welcoming, professional, and entertaining gaming experience.
- Accurately conduct all game procedures, payouts, collections, fills, credits, and related transactions.
- Monitor table activity and identify unusual play, disputes, or potential game security concerns.
- Assist supervisors and management with daily casino operations as assigned.
- Observe and enforce internal controls and company policies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the organization.
- Communicate effectively with guests, dealers, supervisors, and management.
- Assist in coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Resolve guest concerns and game disputes in a professional and timely manner.
