Position Summary:

The Accounting Manager/Controller oversees all financial and accounting operations-ensuring the integrity of corporate financial reporting, implementing accounting controls, and managing a diverse team responsible for multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the accounting department's daily operations across business entities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.

Prepare, review, and analyze consolidated financial statements; ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal controls.

Develop and implement robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.

Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.

Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for all subsidiaries.

Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic insight on financial performance, operational risks, and business opportunities.

Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.

Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize accounts management across entities.

Support software implementations, upgrades, and financial system integrations

Manage payroll, benefits administration, and statutory compliance for multi-state/multi-region work forces.

Mentor, supervise, and develop accounting staff. Requirements Month End Close, General Ledger, Journal Entries, Account Reconciliation, Bank Reconciliations
