Finance Manager​/Treasury

Our client is entering a pivotal phase following recently secured funding and a period of significant organizational transformation. The business is strengthening its financial leadership capabilities to support increased oversight, enhanced governance expectations, and a more sophisticated treasury function.

This newly created role offers the opportunity to lead treasury strategy during a high-impact period of change, including new capital deployment, elevated reporting requirements tied to government involvement, and modernization of financial systems and processes.

• Lead enterprise‑wide cash management and liquidity strategy during a period of transformation and new funding.
• Partner with Finance and Operations to deliver:
  • 13‑week cash flow projections
  • Weekly cash reporting
  • Management of deposits, cash allocation, transfers, and payments.
• Ensure compliance with new government reporting requirements and enhanced shareholder governance expectations.
• Build trust, credibility, and structure within a treasury/finance team that is developing in skillset and navigating change.
• Support the integration of new technology, including an upcoming ERP upgrade with enhanced BI capabilities, and prepare the organization for future data and analytics needs.
