Senior Financial Analyst

Our growing Des Moines client is seeking a Senior
Financial Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. You will play a key role in supporting financial reporting, optimizing accounting processes, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. If this sounds like you, apply today!

• On-Site

• Analyze current and historical financial performance to identify trends and variances
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve financial outcomes
• Prepare and present financial insights to the Director of Accounting, Controller, and CFO
• Maintain accurate divisional financial reporting and accounting records
• Assess and enhance internal accounting processes and controls
• Support intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve financial systems
• Assist in testing and strengthening internal controls over financial processes

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred
• 2- 5+ years of related experience or training
• 1-2 years of public accounting experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication skills, high degree of accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to define problems and collect data
• Willingness to travel
