As an Assistant Controller, you will work closely with leadership to support financial operations, improve reporting accuracy, analyze business performance, and help drive strategic decision-making.

• Prepare journal entries and financial reports.
• Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics.
• Assist with monthly and annual closing activities.
• Support financial audits, filings, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Help improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business decision-making.

• Accounting, finance, or related experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
