** Job Description Summary
** Serve as a key member of Transamerica’s Financial Planning and Analysis team, with responsibility for providing analysis and insight into capital generation results and leading annual budget process for Transamerica’s capital generation.

**** Responsibilities
* ** Lead a team within FP&A responsible for management reporting with additional ownership for some regulatory reporting deliverables, while acting as a technical and subject matter expert.
* Lead preparation of capital-related reporting packages for senior management, governance committees, and other stakeholders, distilling complex data into succinct and clear presentations. Review and approve content and deliverables.
* Play a key role in budget creation, forecasting, and continuous evaluation of results, providing detailed analysis and reporting for both regulatory and management requirements.
* Partner with business units, Corporate FP&A, Actuarial, Risk, Treasury, Tax, and Accounting to ensure capital forecasts and reporting are aligned and well supported.
* Engage in large cross-functional initiatives, with potential to lead such projects.
* Develop team talent through coaching, prioritization, feedback, and succession planning. Coordinate performance reviews and evaluate overall team achievements.
* Responsible for ensuring work is performed in a control environment, may function as a process owner.
