Job Description:
- Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting process
- Responsible for financial reporting, including monthly comparison of actual vs. budget results
- Create monthly reporting packages for management and private equity sponsor
- Monitor weekly cash forecasting tool
- Perform comprehensive financial analyses
- Proactively drive business performance and results analyses
- Develop and implement fiscal operating budgets, policies and procedures
- Develop, implement, and administer financial records
- Develop, monitor, and distribute essential financial operating budgets
- Review annual and intermediate budgets periodically
- Responsible for negotiating allowable overhead with government
- Coordinate quarterly reviews, annual audits, and consolidate financial statements
- Evaluate financial reporting systems, accounting and collection procedures
- Bachelors or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of FP&A experience
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong working knowledge of Deltek Cost Point
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong technical accounting research experience
