Job Opportunity

Our department in the area of operations controlling is responsible for the controlling and financial management of Mercedes-Benz vehicle production plants in Europe and North America. We work closely with our colleagues on-site in the plants and support the management in making key decisions through sound analyses and reports. We rely on state-of-the-art controlling and IT solutions and modern working methods.

We offer a dynamic environment with a high learning curve and direct connection to strategic issues.

These challenges will be your responsibilities:

• Support in the creation of monthly reports and forecasts
• Participation in the analysis of plan-to-actual deviations
• Preparation of management presentations and decision templates
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses for departments and management
• Participation in budget planning and cost calculations
• Support in daily operations

The position can start in August 2026.

Qualifications:

• Study in the field of economics, business information systems, industrial engineering or a comparable course
• Secure German and English language skills in speech and writing
• Secure handling of MS-Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
• High commitment and initiative
• Analytical mindset as well as independent and structured working method
• Excellent team skills
