Intern Client - Asset Management

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a Summer 2026 Intern to join our Client Experience (CX) team within Asset Management. This internship will let you observe all aspects of the client journey and participate in enhancing it.

• Own a portion of client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) or requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Conduct client metric reporting and trend analysis.
• Work on client relationship management (CRM) system or client portal projects and enhancements, often spanning multiple teams.
• Collaborate with the CX group and stakeholders in Distribution, Operations, or Investment to complete tasks and develop solutions.

• Working toward or holding an undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related majors.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Intellectual curiosity.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Intermediate to advanced understanding of investment concepts.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Highly detail‑oriented, curious, and self‑driven.
• Willingness to tackle new tasks and find ways to improve or automate processes.
• Project‑oriented with the ability to drive and compile meaningful results.

$20 – $31 per hour.

Monthly stipend of $3,000 to support incidental expenses, with a tax gross‑up provided.

Des Moines, IA (onsite/hybrid).

• Paid company holidays and any state‑required time off.
• No pension eligibility.
