* Key Responsibilities:

*** Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Small & Medium Enterprise (SME), understanding their business objectives, challenges, and financial goals.
* Actively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services to meet clients' financial and investment needs.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including product specialists, credit analysts, and operations, to deliver comprehensive banking solutions to clients.
* Conduct regular client reviews to assess satisfaction levels, address concerns, and identify opportunities for additional services.
* Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice and solutions to clients.
* Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and procedures in all client interactions and transactions.
* Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and presentations to clients, highlighting the value proposition of banking products and services.

* Qualifications:

*** Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration or Banking & Finance,
* At least 5 years of credit and marketing experience in handling local SME businesses
* Excellent business acumen and ability to deliver sales targets
* Proven track record in developing SME business
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams##
