Responsibilities

  • Partner with Treasury Management Consultants to gather, analyze, and synthesize client and prospect data to support sales strategies and client solutions
  • Support the development of client presentations, proposals, and relationship insights to enhance client engagement and drive growth
  • Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall client experience
  • Research and resolve low to moderately complex business and operational issues, applying critical thinking and sound judgment
  • Provide actionable recommendations to address business challenges and improve workflows
  • Collaborate with internal partners and stakeholders to deliver timely, accurate, and client‑centric support
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools to retrieve, analyze, and validate data to support decision‑making
  • Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements within all activities
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Treasury Management support, sales support, or client‑facing banking roles, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services (e.g., payments, liquidity, receivables, payables)
  • Experience supporting sales teams, client relationships, or B2B interactions
  • Ability to analyze client needs and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Strong collaboration and partnership skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
  • Clear and professional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to adapt quickly and navigate multiple systems and tools effectively
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
