Salary Range: $45,000 - $75,000 per year

Job Overview:

Reliant Mortgage LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in processing mortgage loans and be familiar with industry regulations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Verify borrower information and documentation
• Order and review credit reports, appraisals, and title reports
• Communicate with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties involved in the loan process
• Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and company policies
• Prepare loan files for underwriting and closing
• Update loan information in the company's system and track loan progress
• Assist with resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the loan process

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor
• Knowledge of mortgage loan processing procedures and regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and loan processing software
