** Job Description Summary
** The Lead Business System Analyst – Finance IT plays a pivotal role in shaping how artificial intelligence enhances finance IT systems and decision‐making. This role leads with an AI mindset—identifying, defining, and enabling AI‐driven solutions—while serving as the bridge between ET Finance IT, Enterprise Technology teams, and business stakeholders. The position ensures Finance IT platforms/systems are future‐ready, leveraging automation, advanced analytics, and emerging AI capabilities across various application landscapes within Finance Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and Enablement.

* ** Lead with an AI-first mindset to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence, automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent workflows can enhance Finance, Treasury, Tax, Cash Management, and Corporate Services processes.
* Partner with Finance business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, emphasizing AI-enabled use cases such as forecasting, anomaly detection, reconciliations, process automation, decision support, and self-service analytics.
* Translate complex finance, accounting, treasury, and tax requirements into clear technical specifications and AI-ready solutions for application development, data engineering, integration, and platform teams.
