We are looking for a Lending Advisor to join our team! The salary range for this position is $22.80 to $28.50 per hour based on skills and experience. This position is classified as On-site.

As a dedicated member of the OnPath FCU team, this role performs a variety of tasks that in partnership with the surrounding departments, provides cost effective financial services for the benefit of our members who are our primary focus. The Lending Advisor is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for each member that they encounter. Lending Advisors set the standard of service from the time that they answer a call and each time that they assist a member by answering questions, educating a member on loan processes, and assisting a member with new services including deposits and other products.

• Takes inbound loan by phone applications for both members and potential members.
• Processes online loan applications and enter complete information for quick and efficient loan decisioning.
• Responsible for having consultative conversations with members, listening, analyzing data and offer services suited specifically for that member.
• Responsible for cross selling opportunities using knowledge gained during application process, credit reports, and fact-finding process.
• Responsible for outbound calling to generate new loan leads.
• Ability to meet or exceed individual and department sales goals established by the CU.
• Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills to explain credit union policies and to resolve basic member concerns in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
