As a Branch Ambassador, you’ll play a vital role in customers’ banking experience by sharing product knowledge, providing friendly service, and supporting our reimagined banking journey.

• Perform a wide variety of transactions including check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals.
• Monitor fraud mitigation and adhere to operational policies and procedures.
• Resolve customer inquiries quickly and efficiently, delivering an extraordinary customer experience.
• Help customers with technology challenges, casual conversation, and showcase services and products.
• Reduce customer financial anxiety by determining personal and business financial needs and guiding them to financial destinations.
• Ensure compliance with audit, security policies, and federal regulations.
• Support customers in all areas of the branch, from cash handling to rotating based on customer needs.
• Educate customers on digital channels and other banking products and services.
• Work with and inspire team members as part of an energized banking team.
• Research and answer customer inquiries to enhance retention and engagement.
• Travel between branches in the assigned local area and support the assigned market.

• Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification.
• At least 1 year of Retail, Sales or Customer Service experience.
• At least 6 months of cash handling experience.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate’s degree.
• 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience.

Bunkie, LA: $43,680 – $43,680 per year. Compensation ranges are determined by location.
