We're looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Universal Banker who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines both teller and customer service responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on every customer interaction.

As a Universal Banker, you will:

• Open new accounts and assist customers with account maintenance.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, and other teller transactions accurately.
• Assist customers with online and mobile banking services.
• Help customers access safe deposit boxes.
• Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that may benefit them.
• Balance your cash drawer and follow established cash handling procedures.
• Complete wire transfer documentation and other operational forms.
• Support branch operations while maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work collaboratively with your team to provide outstanding service every day.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of teller experience in a financial institution.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable learning and using banking technology and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following all banking regulations.
