Location: Barcelona
Monzo is seeking a Senior Risk & Compliance Officer for its Barcelona branch to oversee risk management and compliance across the Spanish operation. The role sits in the 2
LOD and reports to EU risk leadership, with responsibility for regulatory engagement, risk assessments, and governance.
You will ensure alignment with Banco de España, PSD2/3, GDPR, and DORA requirements, while driving a strong risk culture and training across the team. Hybrid work in Barcelona is available.
