Treasury Delivery Specialist

• Support Treasury Solutions Officers in onboarding, expanding, and retaining Treasury customer relationships
• Assess new and existing customer needs
• Recognize cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with appropriate Bank partners
• Establish and foster relationships with Treasury Solutions Officers, Commercial Relationship Managers, Business Payments Consultants, and the Retail Network
• Onboard and maintain Treasury products including Business Online Banking, ACH, Online Wires, Positive Pay, Business Bill Pay, Remote Deposit, Sweeps, and Electronic Bank Statements
• Work with Treasury Operations to resolve operational issues
• Escalate systematic, operational, and customer service issues
• Complete service agreements and client correspondence accurately and consistently
• Use bank reports to identify service and sales opportunities and establish communication plans
• Strengthen existing customer relationships through proactive customer contact and exemplary service
• Assist Treasury Solutions Officers with sales of fee-based and interchange-based products
• Identify ways to optimize customer profitability
• Provide technical and operational support for Treasury Solutions products and services
• Ensure accurate implementation, servicing, and billing of deposits and Treasury Management products
• Assist with relationship reviews and identify opportunities to expand services and revenue
• Assist with special projects and audit preparation, including working with examiners
• Deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers and business partners

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or related field required
• 1-3 years related experience, training, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Face to face, phone, and/or email customer service experience required
• Knowledge of First Interstate Bank’s network and delivery systems
• Proven experience delivering exemplary level of customer service in a professional environment
• Proven ability to assess customer needs, promote and recommend appropriate products and services
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work as a team member and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet or exceed established goals/guidelines
• Strong problem-solving abilities, financial acumen, and sound business judgment

• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
• Regular and predictable attendance required

Demonstrates strong customer service skills and the ability to assess customer needs while promoting Treasury Management products. Proficient in technical support, relationship management, and operational processes within a banking environment.
