Teller – Float

Role:

On-site retail banking associate responsible for delivering quality customer service, handling daily financial transactions, and promoting banking products.

• Provide accurate and timely service, process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and miscellaneous transactions.
• Maintain cash control, assist with ATM balancing, verify deposits, and support vault operations. Ensure compliance with operational policies and security standards.
• Develop and retain client relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and refer prospects appropriately.
• Enhance client experience by resolving issues promptly and attending training to improve product knowledge.
• Promote bank products/services to strengthen relationships, ensuring excellent client service.
• Adhere to all regulations, policies, and risk management protocols. Perform additional job duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required; 6+ months cash handling or teller experience preferred. Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office; familiarity with 10-key calculator and coin counter is advantageous.
