** Job Description
**** Key Responsibilities
*** Actively understand customers’ financial needs and provide timely, accurate and appropriate financial advice aligned with their banking requirements
* Deliver financial advisory services to bank customers through the Bank’s network, tele-consulting and internal referrals, with the objective of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
* Uphold a high standard of professionalism, diligence and integrity in all advisory interactions
* Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements, including proper documentation and advisory procedures
** Job Requirements
*** Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a recognized University Degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
* Relevant accreditations such as
** CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A, and HI
** are preferred
* Proven track record in sales performance and client engagement will be an advantage
* Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‐building skills
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team##
