We’re looking for professionals with hands-on experience in clearing and settlement systems, SWIFT, Fed Wire, payments core systems modernization (like ISO, Cloud native payment rails), treasury and cash management, and regulatory know-how. If you’ve spent 4-6 years or more in banking or consulting and want to be part of a team that’s driving innovation and change, EY is the place for you.

You will serve global clients and unlock your full potential in payments consulting. You’ll excel in high-value international payment systems making a difference in enabling real time straight through payments connectivity a reality. We’re specifically seeking experts in large value, global cross-border payments who want to lead transformative projects and shape the future of payments.

• Lead projects end-to-end to solve real-world payment challenges, from wires and cross-border payments and emerging capabilities such as on chain correspondent banking.
• Collaborate with diverse teams and clients, fostering innovation and inclusive work environments.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver solutions that drive measurable impact.
• Mentor and coach junior team members, sharing your knowledge and passion.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and help shape EY’s thought leadership in payments.

• 4-6 or more years of experience in payments, whether in banking or financial services consulting, with deep knowledge of clearing and settlement, SWIFT, Fed Wire, CHIPs, ACH,payments infrastructure, treasury and cash management.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory requirements and payments modernization initiatives and change management.
• A strong interest or experience in enabling global 24X7X365 payments capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven leadership experience and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50%), both domestic and international.
