** Contribute to an effective compliance program by mitigating legal, regulatory, operational, and reputational risk by applying broad regulatory compliance knowledge to perform complex assignments, identify issues and trends, communicate findings and recommend practical enhancements that strengthen compliance controls and business practices.

*** Own assigned regulatory change initiatives and compliance projects from planning through completion.
* Perform reviews of business processes, controls, policies, products and services to assess adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and company standards.
* Research, analyze, and interpret current, new, and proposed laws, regulations, bulletins, regulatory guidance, and internal policy changes to determine potential impact to the organization.
* Identify emerging risks, control gaps, and regulatory developments and recommend enhancements to compliance controls and business processes.
* Coordinate state regulatory filings, including gathering required information, supporting timely submissions, tracking filing status, and assisting with responses to regulator questions or follow-up requests.
