Tulane University in New Orleans seeks a Finance Assistant to prepare, send, and manage invoices for a significant portfolio of third-party contracts. You will maintain master summaries, files, and documentation of all outside contracts.
You will create revenue summary reports by faculty and by contract, assist with Medical Legal accounts including invoicing and reconciliations, and support annual budget and year-end close.
