Location: New Orleans
Administrative and technical work that involves reviewing and processing building permit applications, answering questions from applicants, working with other city departments to resolve building permit issues. Primary responsibilities include start‑to‑finish involvement with the permit application process, customer assistance, and other related work as required.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- One (1) year of administrative experience that involved heavy public contact in an office setting or permit processing, or related field.
- Must possess or be able to obtain International Code Council’s Permit Technician Certificate issued within the probationary period.
