Location: Iowa
The Iowa Department of Agriculture and Land Stewardship (IDALS) is seeking an Environmental Specialist to coordinate watershed projects within the Field Services Bureau. Based in Calhoun or Greene County USDA Service Centers, you will partner with Soil and Water Conservation Districts to advance the Iowa Nutrient Reduction Strategy.
You'll work with farmers, landowners, and agencies to implement best practices, monitor progress, and support conservation initiatives using GIS tools.
