The Iowa Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) seeks up to 10 Eligibility and Benefit Specialists to join the EDCSC team. These full-time roles determine eligibility for Medicaid, SNAP and TANF, process changes, and assist Iowans with benefits.
Starting pay is $48,630.40 annually and may transition to a hybrid position after six months of training; in-office presence is required as needed. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm.
