OVERVIEW OFTHE ROLE
The selected applicant needs to provide good customer service, follow policy and procedure, and be able to work independently.
Agency preferred qualificationValid Louisiana Driver's License
Minimum QualificationsThree years of experience in administrative services, housing management, real estate, or social services.
Experience SubstitutionEvery 30 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will substitute for one year of the required experience.

Job DutiesJob Duties and Other Information
Responsibilities include:
taking applications and determining eligibility, responsible for enforcing the rules and regulations of the Housing Authority and HUD, maintain tenant files, answer phones, type correspondence, collect payments, complete monthly housekeeping inspections, perform annual re-certifications to determine continued eligibility, attend training to enhance knowledge of program
Appointment Type:
This appointment type can be filled as Probational - up to 24 months.
Career Progression:
This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Compensation:
The salary offered will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with paid holidays.
