Dixon Correctional Institute is seeking a dedicated and highly organized Corrections ARDC Supervisor to lead and oversee all operational phases of the institution’s Pre-Classification and Classification processes. This position plays a vital role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely offender assessment and records management across a designated geographic region within the State of Louisiana.

The Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight for the Records Management Section, direct the statewide implementation and quality assurance of the IMPACT program, and manage all activities related to the Louisiana Parole Violator/Extradition program on a nationwide scale. This role requires strong analytical abilities, sound judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of public safety, procedural integrity, and regulatory compliance.

One year of the required experience in the following minimum qualifications must have been in offender records analysis, offender classification, or offender pre-classification:

• Six years of experience in offender records analysis, offender classification, offender pre-classification, security, or social services or as a probation or parole officer; OR
• Six years of full-time work experience in any field plus three years of experience in social services, offender classification, offender records analysis, security, or as a probation or parole officer; OR
• A bachelor’s degree plus three years of experience in social services, offender classification, offender records analysis, security, or as a probation or parole officer; OR
