Cosmetologist​/Hair Stylist

Overview

At Drybar, our Stylists are more than amazing at blowouts — they create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. We are looking for talented, polished, and service‑driven stylists who are passionate about hair, committed to excellence, and take pride in maintaining a clean, beautiful salon environment.

We are seeking stylists with evening and weekend availability, including a required rotating Sunday schedule. Compensation starts at $12/hour, plus commission on products/memberships/add‑ons and tips. Must have a cosmetology licensed in the State of Louisiana.

• Deliver exceptional blowouts and styling services with consistency, skill, and attention to detail
• Provide a luxury‑level guest experience by being warm, professional, and attentive to each client’s needs
• Recommend products and services that enhance the guest experience and support salon goals
• Maintain a strong knowledge of Drybar standards, techniques, and service expectations
• Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to contribute positively to the team environment
• Support overall salon operations by helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace at all times
• Assist with daily salon cleanliness, including styling stations, shampoo areas, tools, and shared spaces
• Work collaboratively with front desk and team members to ensure smooth salon flow and elevated service standards
• Uphold all sanitation, hygiene, and safety protocols

• Active cosmetology license required in the state of Louisiana
• Strong blowout and styling skills with a passion for delivering beautiful results
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑player mentality
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy salon environment
• Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and maintaining brand standards
