Role Overview

The Senior Systems Analyst performs technical work analyzing user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate clinical functions or improve existing IT systems. Develops the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and related systems to meet standards and organizational needs. Leads software design and builds solutions for providers, staff, and patients, ensuring security and efficiency.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Develop EMR and related systems to meet use and regulatory standards.
  • Manage system functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and support.
  • Implement technology solutions to maximize efficiency aligned with standards and roadmaps.
  • Create testing strategies and environment setups for system operation.
  • Identify and recommend technical and business upgrades or alternatives.
  • Assist in developing training materials and documentation.
  • Ensure processes and high-level designs, including architecture, are documented accurately.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and identify solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3 years of IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • 5 years of IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with an Associate’s Degree.
  • 7 years of IT, Epic, or healthcare experience with a High School Diploma/GED.
  • Preferred:
    Experience with Epic implementation and healthcare IT.
  • Epic Radiant Certification required.
  • PACS admin experience preferred.
Education Requirements
  • Required:

    High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, or 2 years of work experience.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s Degree.
Certifications
  • EPIC application certification required post-onboarding and must be maintained.
Work Schedule

Days shift (United States of America).
