Direct Service Workers are sought for various openings across all shifts who provide high-quality, 1-on-1 support. This role involves helping neighbors in the Delcambre area to maintain independence and thrive in their own homes, with day, evening, or weekend hours available.

• Personal Care:
  Assist consumers with daily routines, including transfers, bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Home Support:
  Assist with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe living environment
• Community Help:
  Provide transportation to appointments or errands within the Delcambre area
• Daily Documentation:
  Keep accurate logs of care provided and report any health changes

• Age:
  Must be 18 years of age or older
• Documents:
  Valid Driver’s License or Valid  Social Security Card
• Background:
  Must pass all state-mandated background checks and screenings
• Transport:
  Reliable transportation to consumer homes in Delcambre may be required depending on specific position
