You’ll work closely with ED clinicians and staff to keep care moving efficiently—making a real difference when it matters most.
What You’ll Do- Greet and assist patients and families in the Emergency Department
- Register patients quickly and accurately during emergency visits
- Verify demographic and insurance information and scan required documents
- Communicate clearly and compassionately in high-pressure situations
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed
- Collaborate with clinical and support teams to maintain patient flow
- Strong customer service skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and professional under pressure
- Attention to detail in a fast-moving environment
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience)
