responsibilities
responsible professional work performing specialized duties involving the planning and implementation of community health programs and activities. Incumbents must lead program planning and implementation activities to include collecting requirements, defining scope, developing project plans and timelines, and determining resource requirements. Duties include working collaboratively across sectors to address community health issues through policy and system level initiatives, and engaging the community to reach consensus around public health issues.
qualifications- a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in public health, social work, social science, or a closely related field.
- one (1) year of professional experience developing and implementing community health or wellness programs.
