This job coordinates the daily operations of programs and projects. It coordinates and implements programs, outreach, education and other projects.

EducationRequired – High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree.
Work ExperienceRequired – 5 years of related experience; or 3 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)- Proficiency in using computers, software, and web-based applications.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to be detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously while working under minimal supervision.
- Ability to work before or after regular work hours.
- Oversees, plans and facilitates educational events and programs.
- Upholds quality oversight for the specified program through data maintenance and/or assessment of KPIs.
- Ensures consistent and timely communication of notifications and events.
- Assists with marketing of the program, in‑services and educational events and other programs as assigned.
- May assist with special projects associated with the specified program.
- Performs other related duties as required.
