Job Description

We are seeking Registered Behavior Technicians who are passionate about helping children with autism and developmental differences thrive through play-based, evidence-driven therapy. This role involves providing direct, one-on-one behavioral services in home and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Provide one-on-one therapy to children in home and community environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record accurate session data
• Support clients in achieving developmental and behavioral goals
• Communicate regularly with families and supervising BCBA
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions
• Travel within the assigned service area as needed

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain certification within 90 days
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children
